A mother who sent photographs and video of her two naked daughters to their dance teacher has told an inquiry that she feared he would destroy their dancing prospects. From February , the woman's two daughters, who were as young as nine at the time, did up to 40 hours of dance classes a week, and Davies and the mother began sending online messages to each other. After her own aspirations to be a dancer never materialised, she said she felt excited for her daughters' futures. British subscription site OnlyFans is failing to prevent underage users from selling and appearing in explicit videos, a BBC investigation has found. Unders have used fake identification to set up accounts, and police say a year-old used a grandmother's passport. The platform has more than a million "creators" who share video clips, photos and messages directly with subscribers for a monthly fee. Ofsted's chief inspector has suggested that male pupils sending naked photographs of themselves to female classmates is not a safeguarding issue for schools. Amanda Spielman was taking questions from the Commons Education Select Committee this morning, following her watchdog's publication of a major report last week telling headteachers to act on the assumption that sexual harassment is happening in their schools. Today she was asked by Ian Mearns, Labour MP for Gateshead: "When is an allegation of sexual harassment involving a child not a safeguarding issue?
